Its main objectives have been to serve as slaughtering animals for their meat products and by-products according to ritual way prescribed by Islamic law in the industrial and hygienic manner ever .

This complex, belonging to the Organization of  Cooperative  Municipalities of Khorasan-e-Razavi, is one of the leading industries in meat products in the northern part of the country, which statistically has enjoyed the highest rank among other companies in both light and heavy slaughtering nationwide.

Considering the capability of the organization technicians with reference to their relation to research centers and international universal markets, the institute is potentially able to provide routine services such as follows:

consulting services to design and manufacture all the calculating services related to the slaughtering job personnel services department which backs the organization with the slaughter technicians and industry provide the light and heavy animal production technical services section which makes and sells machineries such as industrial slaughtering equipment (slaughter box for light and heavy animals, and skinning, carcass and chest saws, and thermal systems and waste changing machines)

trading services department which follows the trading procedure in trading animals, carcasses, and packed meat and offal either edible of non-edible to export.
